In addition, you may choose to complete the Merchandise Order Form on your computer in order to print, fax, mail, or email your order to the USA Council Office <click here>. Please indicate whether you are using a commercial or residential address. Using a commercial address will reduce shipping costs and improve delivery time. Also, if you require UPS or an expedited shipment please use a street address because UPS will not ship to PO boxes. Finally, we also would be very happy to accept your credit card.
