Monthly Activities |
Regular meetings are scheduled for the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month beginning
with a prayer service at 6:30 AM. Board meetings are held on the 4th Tuesday monthly at 7:30 AM. All meetings
are held at the Shrine of St. Anne in Arvada, CO. |
Annual Events |
Air Force Academy mass & brunch each spring. Serra International Convention. Mass in the mountains in August.
Members fall retreat. Serra Salute in September. District 6 annual convention Oct. 17 & 18, 2003. Christmas mass
and brunch mid-December. |
Special Programs |
Spring leadership training for new club officers. Semi-annual vocation affirmation dinner. Co-sponsor with Knights
of Columbus of "Simple Soup Supper" at Our Lady of Fatima Parish after Friday
services during lent. Annual fall members retreat. 31 club. $.25 collections in many parishes to support financial
assistance to needy seminarians and those in religious formation. Sponsor reception for newly ordained following
the ordination mass. Assist with Steubenville of the Rockies. Assist with yearly mass servers appreciation day. |
